We offer no contact house clearance and junk removal services to help you take back your space while keeping you and your loved ones safe.   

The house clearance professionals

As market leaders, we are naturally fully licensed and insured and do things right.  Working paperlessly we will email you a digital waste transfer note so you can evidence proper disposal of your house clearance items, and an invoice showing paid, directly from site.  

So don’t worry, you don’t need to lift a finger. Just tell us how we can help, give us access to the house clearance items you’d like gone, and our highly trained DBS checked vehicle crews, will get everything done for you, spick and span. 

Before our team leave, they will have a sweep up and, if you’re not around, they will send you before, and after photos, so you can check that everything has been completed to your satisfaction.

Whatever the size of your job, our friendly and professionally trained, DBS checked vehicle crews are on hand to help.  They can assist you by removing a single item right up to completing a full house clearance including attic spaces, outbuildings and gardens.  

Providing it isn’t hazardous, not a liquid and two people can pick it up, we can take care of it for you.

How we processes unwanted items

We use the waste hierarchy of reuse, recycle, recover, dispose, to ensure we minimise your impact on landfill and give back to the community on your behalf when processing your house clearance items.  As an organisation we are environmentally focussed and looking to do more as we grow. 

Our process

Call 01934744700 to tell us how we can help, or complete our online enquiry form and we’ll review your enquiry and give you a call with an estimate and our availability.

You will get an email reminder the day before and a text reminder on the morning of your booking.

We’ll let you know when we are on the way.  On arrival we will firm up the price for you, take payment, then clear your waste and sweep up. 

Once you have inspected to make sure you are happy, we will email you directly from site your waste transfer note, invoice showing paid, and any before and after photos.

Note

We aim to provide a fair service, however, we do need to cover all costs we incur by helping you.  Therefore, clean air zone and parking charges are passed on, we include up to 5 mins labour/100Kg per cubic yard, however, where these are exceeded such as not being able to park close to your items for removal, or if you we need to bag loose items up for you, we may need to charge a little extra.
