I can only praise these guys. They were recommended by an antiques expert and they did the perfect job. They were super quick and efficient, neat and tidy and never stopped checking in with me to see if everything was OK. They cleared my late mother’s property, and it wasn’t a very nice thing to have to do but Mark was constantly making sure that I was feeling OK, not too pressured or rocky. For that, I truly cannot thank him enough.

We had the unfortunate job of clearing the flat of a close relative who passed away unexpectedly. The flat was in a terrible mess but that didn’t phase Mark or the team, in fact they were very reassuring and made a bad job a bit easier. We then had to clear some other items from the same property and went back to Any Clearance! We would highly recommend Any Clearance and they were extremely reasonable!

Any Clearance provided me with a great service in clearing my parents house. Mark explained very thoroughly how the clearance was priced and also how I could save money by removing liquids such as old paint tins myself (which I took to the local tip with no charge) as he said he would have to pay to dispose of these. I lived some distance from the house being cleared so the clearance was left completely in their hands, they picked up the house keys from the estate agent and returned them after finishing. I always assumed I would have to clean the house before it’s sale but part of their service includes cleaning the house after it has been emptied. They sent photographs to show the empty rooms which also showed everything had been thoroughly cleaned. I have no hesitation in recommending Any Clearance.

I cant speak highly enough of any clearance. communicative, solid and fair quote but very clear on the parameters and as i underestimated myself to be safe i had room for more stuff to clear away. Had a heavy upright piano which was difficult to move. Coupled with that the entrance door to the house was up five steps. The men from Any Clearance nevertheless moved it on to their truck in a very efficient way with the minimum of fuss. Brilliant service. Kev and Will arrived when expected and immediately got to work. They were both polite and friendly. All of my rubbish was removed quickly and I can now get on and decorate my flat. Fantastic service. They came a few weeks ago to clear away lots of building waste from our bathroom refurb.
We have a stream in our garden and my mum mentioned that our next job was to clear the overgrown bushes and weeds on either side of the banks, that hadn’t been done in years. The men said that they could do that, so that afternoon we rang and booked them in. They came yesterday and today and it looks wonderful.
We are all really happy. Wonderful service, the men were really polite and worked hard.

Just had Any Clearance in to clear flood damaged greetings card stands and stock from my shop as I had to close down. They are punctual, very professional, sensitive to the fact it was a tough time for me and cleared it all quickly, cleaning up the shop after removing the items this is the second time I have used the company and am equally impressed. Though it is likely that you use skip hire services regularly, this is not always appropriate or possible. Wherever your trade waste is on your job site, our well trained and friendly staff will be happy to take it away for you. You don’t even need to move it, just have your team show us where it is and we’ll take care of it for you. On completion of any trade waste clearance job, you will be issued with a digital invoice, waste transfer note, hazardous waste consignment note where required and before and after photos, so you can easily evidence completion of your trade waste disposal to other interested parties.

Call 01934744700 to tell us how we can help, or complete our online enquiry form and we’ll review your enquiry and give you a call with an estimate and our availability.

You will get an email reminder the day before and a text reminder on the morning of your booking.

We’ll let you know when we are on the way. On arrival we will firm up the price for you, take payment, then clear your waste and sweep up.

Once you have inspected to make sure you are happy, we will email you directly from site your waste transfer note, invoice showing paid, and any before and after photos.
